Race Report #1: Minooka

What a great day for a bike race! The Shorewood MTB team had an amazing weekend at the inaugural race for Wisconsin's new NICA League. Over 100 student-athletes from all over the state took to the beautiful, flowing singletrack at Minooka Park in Waukesha.

Every one of our racers finished, gave it their all and had a great time. The team finished in 4th place and very narrowly missed the last podium spot. This is particularly impressive considering almost all of our racers were competing in their very first mountain bike race. See below for detailed race results and photos from the event...
